Off of the shore's of the mighty Lake Erie run some of the worlds most pollutedriver's one of them being the Black River. Four of the members of this band were found under rocks along it's banks by our so called parents the others were found in tree's or grew in wombs elsewhere. Somewhere somehow along the way we all got together and began playing guitars and drums with singing over top of it . Most of us played music with other beings in other rock groups at some point or now, but we are'nt going to be that cool to throw names around like a a lot of rock and rollers do. Instead we will tell you that William Murdock was givin land in 1818 near the Black River. Now when we decided to change the name of the band we had to decide between calling it Murdock or Black River Baby.Black River Baby was the choice of 3 of our then 5 members. To make it less of a big deal and so that no one was upset at the outcome of the renaming we decided to settle it with a simple game of chance. So we flipped the coin. Black River Baby won and democracy prevailed. Well at least the outcome was the same. It was also weird that we found out that William Murdock was givin land in 1818 shortly after our band naming ritual.
